The PrintWeek Awards Night will begin at 7pm with Cocktail and Canapés in the pre-function zone, and finish at 10pm with a Group Photograph of all the Award Winners.
Zac Hollis, director for sales, service and marketing at Skoda Auto India will be the Chief Guest. He will address the audience and present the PrintWeek Printing Company of the Year 2019 Award.
A fortuitous interview with Volkswagen in 1990 kick-started Hollis’ passion for the motor industry. Hollis, 48, has now spent 28 years in the Volkswagen Group worldwide while contributing almost 20 of those to the Czech Brand.
In India, Hollis was assigned the challenge of preparing the Skoda brand for the ‘India 2.0’ project. With two new products to be launched in the first phase of the ‘India 2.0’ project and more to follow, Zac has been entrusted to steer one of the most important markets for Skoda worldwide.
Hormazd Sorabjee, editor of Autocar and publisher, Haymarket SAC, who will also grace the occasion, said, “Zac is a leader with passion and uses his extensive worldwide experience and energy to achieve targeted results. Always prepared to challenge the way things have been done before, Zac delivers trust to dealer partners and gets the best out of them.”
PrintWeek will also be hosting two important events – the Show & Tell at 10am and the Circular Economy Forum at 2pm. While Show & Tell will focus on 18 leading firms which will shed light on new ways of producing print and packaging, the Circular Economy Forum will be all about ideas, opportunities and challenges involved in realising the goal of zero-waste.
