Our commitment to innovation and excellence has driven our expansion into new markets and the development of cutting-edge solutions. Today, we are proud to serve a diverse clientele, providing products that set the standard for quality and reliability in the industry,” Morajkar said.
The company operates in Kandivali, Mumbai, offering a wide range of digital and offset printing services designed to meet the diverse needs of its clients.
The key role in the organisation is played by the owner and proprietor Sandeep Morajkar who looks after the overall management, innovation and strategies for the company followed by Sayali Morajkar, who manages the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure the organisation's fiscal health.
Morajkar said in recent years, there has been a notable surge in the demand for digital printing devices. This trend can be attributed to several factors, including the increasing preference for on-demand printing, customisation options, and faster turnaround times. Businesses across various sectors are increasingly adopting digital printing technologies to enhance flexibility in their printing operations and meet evolving consumer expectations for personalised products. Moreover, advancements in digital printing technology have significantly improved print quality and colour accuracy, further fueling the adoption of these devices in the market.
He said in today's digital printing industry, major challenges include managing operational costs, keeping up with technological advancements, ensuring colour consistency, optimising workflow efficiency, and addressing environmental sustainability. Solutions involve investing in automation and predictive maintenance and adopting eco-friendly practices, supported by continuous staff training in new technologies. These measures help businesses navigate challenges while enhancing productivity and meeting customer expectations effectively.
He said, “Installing the digital cutting device posed several challenges due to the traditional operational practices in many Indian printing and pre-press houses. To successfully integrate the technology, we undertook a structured approach that included thorough staff training and demonstration sessions. By illustrating the device's benefits and operational efficiencies through practical demonstrations. Additionally, collaborating closely with TechNova ensured we received comprehensive support during the installation and initial setup phases. Their expertise in the field and tailored guidance played a crucial role in overcoming adoption barriers and ensuring a smooth transition to incorporating the digital cutting device into our workflow.
He added, “Integrating the digital cutting device presented both technical and behavioural challenges for our team. Technically, we had to ensure compatibility with existing systems and workflows, requiring careful planning, testing, and adjustments. Behaviorally, overcoming resistance to change and unfamiliarity with new technology among staff members was crucial. We tackled these challenges by implementing a robust training program, providing hands-on sessions, and offering continuous support from TechNova. This approach not only familiarised our team with the device but also fostered a positive attitude towards its adoption. Open communication and addressing concerns promptly further facilitated a smooth transition, enabling us to leverage the device's capabilities effectively to enhance our operational efficiency and meet customer demands more effectively.
Recently, the company also invested in a Versant 180 Xerox machine along with B9100 and a Vulcan SC-350 auto-feed sticker label-cutting machine.
Following the investment, Morajkar said the company anticipates a significant growth in operational efficiency and production capacity, leading to improved workflows, reduced costs, and expanded service capabilities to meet market demands.
“Our expected return on investment reflects enhancements in productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction, fostering greater profitability and competitiveness. TechNova's support is integral to our success, offering expertise, tailored solutions, and ongoing assistance to ensure optimal device utilization. With their help, we aim to achieve accelerated ROI, capitalise on new opportunities, and sustain long-term growth in the dynamic digital printing sector,” he concluded.
