SPI curtain-raiser event evokes printers’ interest

Aditya Exposition, organiser of Screen Print India 2014 opened the first of its ongoing series of roadshows, Vikas Yatra. The event was held on 30 July, 2014 in Thane was hosted by newly established IMPACT (Innovative Master Printers & Associates Committee of Thane), led by its founder president Sameer Gupte.

These roadshow will promote the Screen Print India show, which will be held in Goa’s Dr Shayama Prasad Mukherjee Stadium, University Road, Near Goa University, Dona Paula.

In his presentation, Devang Sheth  of Aditya Exposition, demonstrated the advances in screen printing technology with semi-automatic and fully automatic screen printing machines in action being flashed through a video, along with scrolling of images of screen printed products in three broad segments – textile, industrial and graphics.

The exhibition’s lead supporters, Grafica and Skyscreen, too displayed a wide range of screen printed samples and banners of their products and services.

“The sample gallery was a big hit as printers who attended the event got a glimpse of the world of advanced screen printing technology,” said Sheth.

As part of Screen Print India 2014 show, Aditya will host a series of free seminars, which will run concurrently, and the SPI 2014 Awards competition.

To facilitate printers to visit the exhibition, IMPACT has developed a Goa package. The two office bearers of IMPACT, Samir Gupte and Rajan Phadke, urged the printers to take benefit of the offer being made.
