Sanjeev Vyas of Spot Grafiks said, “It was the need of the hour as custom-shaped short-run jobs are there in abundance. Traditional die-cutting with its die cost and TAT will be miles behind the digital cutter.”

Along with this, the company has also invested in a brand-new Canon ImagePress V700.

He added, “The JWEI at Spot Grafiks has revolutionised our ability to offer high-quality, custom print products with precision, speed, and flexibility. It’s an essential tool in our suite of advanced equipment, enabling us to meet the evolving needs of our clients, especially in fields like EdTech, enabling us to show various die-cut samples the same day before mass production.”

He added that the TechNova team helped explain the benefits and helped the company to select the right equipment.

Vyas said that finished products without the constraint of MOQs will always remain a problem in the post-press business. “To meet this, and that too within reasonable cost, is a problem that will have to be dealt with perpetually,” he added.

Founded in 1996, Spot Grafiks has established itself as a leading name in the printing industry, specialising in offset printing. From the beginning, the company set a high standard for quality, offering exceptional results with every print job. Over the years, Spot Grafiks expanded its services to include digital printing, adapting to evolving market demands and technological advancements. Known for its commitment to precision and excellence, the company has earned a reputation for delivering outstanding prints with excellent finishing, whether for business, marketing, or creative purposes. Spot Grafiks' dedication to superior craftsmanship and customer satisfaction has made it a trusted partner for clients looking for reliable, high-quality printing solutions.

The company’s magazine and brochure printing services cater to businesses looking to create visually appealing, informative, and professional marketing materials. In the growing EdTech sector, Spot Grafiks plays a vital role by providing customised printed materials for educational kits. These include a variety of components, such as workbooks, activity sheets, study guides, flashcards, and interactive print materials that support online and offline learning.

“We collaborate closely with EdTech companies to design, produce, and deliver materials that enhance the learning experience, helping educators and students alike,” Vyas said.

He said post-press devices enable greater flexibility, speed, and precision, supporting the customisation and short-run printing that are becoming the standard in many industries, including publishing, education, and marketing. For Spot Grafiks, investing in digital post-press technology is essential to maintaining the high quality and fast service that your clients expect in today's competitive market.
