The new investment will help the company provide more options and quality service to its customers

A Xerox loyalist since 2010, K Vasanth Reddy, managing director, Sree Digitals, said, apart from the existing features of Xerox Versant 280 with XLS high-capacity vacuum feeders with banner printing up to 47-inches, the vivid toner kit colour option and ability to support up to 400-gsm were major drivers to go ahead with the Xerox machine.

Reddy added, “This will help us to provide more options and quality service to our customers. Xerox team has given us excellent know-how regarding v280 and also based on our previous work experience made it so easy to understand.”

He added the company chose the Xerox machine because of its durability and service, and its consistent colour quality.

Sree Digitals started as a pre-press and post-press bureau in 1996. It expanded operations by including digital printing with graphic designing, flex, eco-solvent, UV print, large-format, laser-cutting, metal and non-metal laser markings. With 26 years of experience in digital print and design, the company’s team of professionals give their best for print and digital marketing communications solutions for small to large businesses.

The company forayed into digital colour printing in 2010 with Xerox 550, V80 and V280, and mono printing with Xerox 5735, 4112, and D95.

Today, the company operates in pre- and post-press, digital printing, flex and vinyl printing, multi-colour offset printers, corporate gifting and its branding, advertising agencies, education sector, and the packaging sector.

In both mono and colour, the company prints more than 1,00,000 sheets per day.

The company has a staff of 15 people, which includes professional designers, trained machine operators and the delivery team. “We constantly have our team go through the training programmes, visiting demo, expo interaction with our solution partners to stay updated,” Reddy said.

Sree Digitals operates from a 5,000-sqft facility, with a fleet of machinery.

Reddy said in the fast-changing digital world, digital printing is also at its best. He added, “Technology is evolving, making it challenging to stay up to date as a printer. Even if you have bought the latest and greatest in printing technology, it’s only a matter of time before something new comes along.”

In this context, he said, winning print sales in today’s competitive market begins with identifying and understanding customer communication requirements and expectations. “Quality, pricing, colour matching and consistency are the keys in selecting a print provider. So, choosing a brand with all these elements is important,” he said.
