The artwork is processed through Esko's extensive suite of software to make it suitable to fire on the plates through Esko CDI Spark
The Esko CDI Spark images the artwork on photopolymer plates
The Dupont Cyrel Digiflow exposure frame exposes the imaged plate in an oxygen-free environment so as to produce flat-top dots
The plate is then sent to Dupont Cyrel Fast 1001 TD for clean-out. It uses a solvent-free process to provide more consistent relief depth and a more uniform floor, especially with thin gauge
