Five Star sells seven machines on the first day of Pamex

Amritsar-based Five Star Printing Machinery, has sold seven machines on the first day of Pamex 2013.

Five Star Machinery is a manufacturer of binding, paper corrugated box making, lamination, paper cutting, die punching, envelope making, slitting and non-woven bag making and non-woven fabric making machines.

Navdeep Singh Khurana, second generation of the family-owned business, said, “At Pamex, we are displaying improved version of our eight machines which serve various purposes and have sold seven machines on the first day of the exhibition. Demand for Indian machines is increasing in the country as well as worldwide due to their economical price.”

The machines displayed by the company are semi automatic six head saddle stitcher, double head saddle stitcher, fully programmable die punching with hot foil stamping, half cutting perforation creasing machine, round corner machine, paper drilling machine, fully automatic paper cutting machine and punching machine for wiro and spiral.

“We are getting potential customers and enquiries which is the best part of the show. Our target is medium size digital and commercial printers who require small finishing set up for their daily needs. In a few lakh of rupees they get all the essential equipment,” concluded Khurana.

The finishing equipment manufacturing company manufacturers 22 machines per month and the entire range comprises nine types of machines.
