According to Arrow Digital, an installation like this during the pandemic gives us all a ray of hope, especially for the textile industry, which has been the worst hit. Installing the second machine at any of the sites shows the confidence you have built with the customer.
Payal Fashion has been in embroidery business. “We have our business spread all over India and are well-known for our quality and standards. We had purchased our first EFI Reggiani Vogue in 2019 after evaluating several suppliers and manufacturers, and after talking to Arrow, we knew we would be safe to plunge into digital with their support. We are satisfied with the product and the services Arrow has provided during these years. It gives us immense pleasure to have installed the latest version of EFI Reggiani, an eight-colour printer with 16 printheads, using EFI-AQUA premium reactive inks, which we have consistently used against even after evaluating other inks. We are excited to rock the market with our second digital machine,” Budhabhai Sonani of Payal Fashion said.
The EFI Reggiani is a global leader in integrated solutions for the textile world, with high quality and unmatched printing for fashion and home furnishing textiles. The EFI Reggiani Vogue is an industrial textile printer designed for superior-quality direct-to-textile printing in fashion applications. The 1.8-m wide device prints at resolutions up to 2400-dpi with 16 printing heads and 4- to 72-picoliter drop sizes.
The printer boasts an innovative recirculation system that saves ink and reduces maintenance during machine operation and between stoppages. The recirculation system also reduces the need for specific air conditioning and humidity controls, saving energy and reducing overall usage costs. An innovative new enclosed printhead design on the Vogue simplifies the carriage layout and ensures easier print head removal. A new composite carriage with a steel head plate eliminates the need to align individual heads. The printer also automatically detects substrate widths, centres images and sets margins for jobs.
Sonani added, “It is a green solution, which is much needed in the textile Industry. To grow rapidly and scale up in digital textile printing, you need all the hand-holding and 365/24/7 support, with constant updates and training of operators for ink saving techniques and help with designs and much more. We continue to grow rapidly in this field and look forward to working with Arrow in the future, as we look to expand our portfolio of products.
