TechNova organises workshops in the run up to Wan-Ifra
Plate major TechNova Imaging System will organise workshops on quality, standardisation, and trends in newspaper production in Bhubaneshwar and Guwahati on 9 and 11 August 2016 respectively, in the run up to Wan-Ifra.

The event is being jointly organised by TOUCH (TechNova Open University for Change) and Wan-Ifra. According to a TechNova spokesperson, the workshops will provide an overview of global newspaper trends in the newspaper industry.
The event will see discussions on topics ranging from the concept of quality in the newspaper production, international quality standards, importance of standardising raw materials, and productivity enhancing trends and opportunities.
The 24th edition of Wan-Ifra India conference is slated to be held from 21 to 22 September in Kolkata.
“The support for Kolkata, as the venue for Wan-Ifra India 2016 is overwhelming,” said Magdoom Mohamed, managing director at Wan-Ifra South Asia. “We are working to make this a memorable event for the news publishing industry in South Asia region.”
The conference is a meeting point for all the newspaper publishers in the South Asia region. It will have three parallel sessions that are newsroom summit, printing summit, and cross-media advertising summit.
