Laminated kraft paper will be purchased only from Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) registered companies and offers from any other firms will be considered as unsolicited and rejected. MSME companies are exempted from submitting tender fees and earnest money deposit.
 
Interested parties should send a copy of valid registered certification of MSME along with the bid and quotation.
 
Tender documents may be purchased on payment of non-refundable fee of Rs Nil per set in the form of account payee demand draft, cashier, cheque and certified cheque, drawn on a scheduled commercial bank in India, in favour of "Security Paper Mill, Hoshangabad", payable at "Hoshangabad".
 
If requested, the tender documents will be mailed by registered post or by speed post to the domestic tenderers, for which extra expenditure per set will be Rs100. The tenderer is to add the applicable postage cost in the non-refundable fee.
 
Tenderers should ensure that their tender is correctly sealed and signed with complete details as per the instructions contained in the tender documents. The tender should be dropped in the tender box located at the address mentioned on the website, failing which the tenders will be treated as late and rejected. Bidders do check the list before tender submission (Annexure –I).
