Purpose: Sealed bids from agencies for leasing out ad display rights on various skywalks in and around Mumbai for a period of two years.

Location: Bandra (East) Railway FOB to Kalanagar and Bandra Court, Bandra (West) Railway FOB to Lucky Restaurant, Talab and Badi Masjid, Santacruz (East) Railway FOB to WEH flyover Bridge, Santacruz (W) Railway FOB to SV Road along KK Road Borivali (West), Tejprakash Building near the subway on PF-7 to SV Road junction on Dattapada Road, from the island near Goragandhi Apartment on SV Road to Dattapada road junction, from Sai Niketan Apartment to Cosmos Bank on Chandavarkar Lane, Dahisar (West) Railway FOB to LT Road Vithal Mandir, and Mira Road (East) Saiyed Hamid Chowk to Railway FOB on Virar side.

Date and Place: Bid documents can be obtained from the office of the Chief Engineer, Engineering Division, MMRDA, 5th floor, Plot No.C-14 &15, Bandra - Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai from August 16-27, 2010, between 11 am and 4 pm on all working days.

Additional information:

• A pre-bid meeting will be held at 3 pm on August 23, 2010 in the chamber of the Chief Engineer, MMRDA, Bandra - Kurla complex, Bandra (east), Mumbai.
• The tenders have been divided into 22 individual items. The total space being offered through these tenders is approximately 50,000 sqmtrs
• Bid documents will be issued on payment of Rs 10,000. This amount can be paid through a demand draft or PO favouring ‘MMRD FUND’ drawn on any nationalised or scheduled bank, payable at Mumbai.

 TENDER TWO

Tender announced by: The Orissa Tourism Development Corporation (OTDC).

Purpose:Technical bids and Price bids from advertising agencies and media owners for hiring hoardings at selected locations for a period of one year.

Locations: The locations specified for these hoardings include those at Rajmahal Square, Master Canteen Square, Airport Square, Ram Mandir Square, Vani Vihar Square, Jayadev Vihar Square, near Janata Maidan, Atharanala, Puri, VIP road, Puri and Cuttack - BBSR NH.

Date and place:The offers in sealed envelopes, super scribed Technical bid and Price bid for hiring of hoardings should reach the office of the managing director, OTDC, Panthanivas (old block), Lewis Road, Bhubaneswar - 751 014, latest by 1 pm on August 25, 2010. Technical bids shall be opened at 3 pm the same day.

Additional information:

• To be eligible, parties must possess a hoarding at the specified locations. Minimum size of the hoardings should be 20' X 10'. The applicants should also posses a license from any competent authority. Relevant documents to this effect will have to be submitted along with the bids.
• Applicants shall be required to deposit the EMD of Rs 5,000 in the form of a demand draft favouring Managing Director, OTDC, drawn on any nationalised bank.
