Tender announced by: The West Bengal Surface Transport Corporation (WBSTC)

Purpose: Sealed bids from competent agencies and companies, offering advertising rights on its fleet of buses.These advertising rights will be awarded for approx 130 buses, which comprise of 30 AC Volvo and 100 ultra low floor AC buses.

Date and Place: Tender documents, costing Rs. 500, can be availed from the office of WBSTC Limited, 37, Deshpran Sasmal Road, Kolkata – 700040, on any working day between 11am to 4pm, till August 31, 2010.

Additional information:

The advertisement shall be allowed to be displayed on the body of these buses.
To be eligible for the contract, participating agencies should have experience in undertaking similar jobs and documented proof of the same.
The tender document cost of Rs. 500 should be paid by an account payee bank draft drawn on any nationalised bank.
The draft should be drawn in favour of the- West Bengal Surface Transport Corporation Limited, and should be payable at Kolkata only.
