Tetra Pak showcases manufacturing solutions at Indian Ice Cream Congress
Tetra Pak showcased its solutions for ice cream manufacturing at the seventh Indian Ice Cream Congress held in Mumbai from 15-16 September 2017. The solutions focused on delivering quality products with ease of operation and offering good durability. Continuous freezer and interactive moulder were also on display at Tetra Pak stall during the event.

During a panel discussion titled ‘Processing your dream called Ice Cream’, held on the sidelines of the event, Ejvin Lund, ice cream expert from Tetra Pak, spoke on innovations which lead to low-cost and efficient production for the Indian ice cream manufactures.
