Tresu Group launches F10 iCon ink supply system

Arun Gandhi, managing director at Capital Graphics Supplies (CGS), the Indian distributor for Tresu products, said, “Tresu F10 iCon is designed for both water- and solvent-based inks and ensures safe, pressure-controlled ink circulation in CI flexo printing machines where system’s closed architecture makes monitoring and control of ink viscosity, flow, pressure and leakage a manually intensive affair during the production run. Its airtight environment allows safe handling and storage of solvent inks in environments where solvent evaporations are likely.”

F10 Icon comes with other features like automatic cleaning after each production run and touch-screen operated real-time viewing.

Gandhi said, “Cleaning cycles are completed in less than a few minutes. Strokes are counted to determine when fresh ink is pumped into the system, to ensure precise amounts are dispensed to the chamber, leaving minimal residue at the end of the production run. Excess ink can be returned to the bucket for reuse, without wastage.”

Tresu Group which specialises in flexible, customised solutions of flexo printing machines and ancillary products for flexo and offset printing has over 30 and exports 75% of the production. The group has production facilities in Denmark, Lithuania and USA.
