Trigon's two units in Mumbai and Bengaluru provides proofing, mock-ups and print fulfilment in. The firm has three of Kodak Approval NX – the recentmost digital proofing machine being installed in Delhi. This kit can generate printing proofs on the actual printing substrate with metallic or full range of Pantone colours. Inaddition, there is a Roland eco-solvent for large and wide-format printing, Flora flatbed UV inkjet printing, Epson inkjet proofing, Konica Minolta short-run digital printing solution, spot UV varnish solution, thermal lamination machine to reproduce superior quality of gloss and matt finish, conventional foiling and embossing machine.

Namugade is very proud of the Esko suite plus the Kongsberg sample-making table which gives Trigon an edge "in cartons, die-cut labels etc shrink tunnel to make shrink-wrap for containers".

During a visit to a mall in Bengaluru, I saw an assortment of choco filled biscuits. It's hybrid of choco fill and crunchy chocolates. But the real game changer is the packaging which makes the outer layer attractive. Some of it is rendered by the multi-locational Trigon.
