Uflex named Best Employer Brand

Noida-based Uflex, one of the country’s largest flexible packaging firms, was awarded the ‘Best Employer Brand’ Award for 2015 at the 6th Asia Best Employer Brand Awards, which was held at Singapore on 12 August 2015.

The award ceremony was hosted by Employer Branding Institute, World HRD Congress and Stars of the Industry Group and was endorsed by Asian Confederation of Businesses.

Meanwhile, Ashok Chaturvedi, chairman and managing director, Uflex, was conferred upon the ‘Exemplary Leader Award’.

“The award reinforces our strong commitment towards nurturing and retaining the best of talent that in turn makes Uflex undeniably India’s largest packaging company and one of the best employers to work for. I am humbled by the honour,” said Chaturvedi in a statement.

Since its inception back in 1983, Uflex has grown from strength to strength to evolve as a truly Indian multinational with consumers spread across the world. Uflex today has state-of-the-art packaging facilities at multiple locations in India with installed capacity of over 99,000 tpa. They also have plastic film manufacturing facilities in India, UAE, Mexico Egypt, Poland and the US with cumulative installed capacity in excess of 337,000 tpa.
