Packaging Films Business

B-TAO BOPP film: B-TAO is a one-sided acrylic-coated transparent BOPP film utilising offline coating technology. It features a low seal initiation temperature of 85°C, which helps preserve classical freshness and fragrance while providing good optical properties. This film offers an excellent barrier to flavour and aroma, and its water-based coating ensures sustainability. Additionally, B-TAO boasts good stiffness and exceptional dimensional stability. It is ideal for a variety of applications, including overwraps for biscuits, cookies, crackers, confectionery, chocolates, and bakery products.
 
B-TAL BOPP film: B-TAL BOPP film is an ultra-low seal initiation temperature (SIT) transparent film with a one-sided acrylic coating, produced using offline coating technology. It features a remarkably low-seal initiation temperature of 65°C, which helps maintain classical freshness and fragrance while providing excellent optical properties. The film also offers superior barriers to flavour and aroma, uses a water-based coating, and ensures good stiffness and dimensional stability. B-TAL is well-suited for applications such as overwraps, biscuits, cookies, crackers, confectionery, chocolate, and bakery products.
 
B-TAA BOPP film: B-TAA is a both-side acrylic-coated transparent BOPP film produced with an offline coating technology. It features an ultra-low seal initiation temperature of 65°C on both sides, providing excellent hot tack and superior optics. This film offers notable stiffness, hot slip properties, and a robust barrier to flavour and aroma. Additionally, B-TAA delivers excellent printability and resolution without impacting the organoleptic qualities of the products. It is ideal for overwraps for biscuits, cookies, crackers, confectionery, chocolate, and bakery items.
 
B-UNB-M BOPP film: B-UNB-M is a high-performance metallised BOPP film with outstanding barrier properties, designed as a non-heat sealable option. It offers exceptional barriers to oxygen (<0.1 cc/m²/day) and moisture (<0.1 gm/m²/day), as well as superior protection against aroma and a good migration barrier for mineral oil. With excellent metal adhesion and a chlorine-free PVDC-coated film replacement, B-UNB-M provides a sustainable and recyclable alternative to aluminum foil. It is particularly suited for packaging dry fruits, beverages, confectionery, and chocolate.
 
C-CPR-CH CPP film: C-CPR-CH is a co-extruded transparent CPP film designed specifically for cheese packaging. This film features a two-sided treated and sealable surface, utilizing advanced functional raw material technology. It offers exceptional sterilization performance, superior lamination adhesive anchorage, and high seal strength, making it ideal for cheese packaging, ensuring quality and freshness.

Its key features include high wet tack and fast setting time, strong green bond strength, and suitability for low to high GSM Kraft paper, making it ideal for both paper bags and corrugated materials. Flexcoat FP barrier coat UF009: This water-based, eco-friendly primer-free coating provides a high oxygen barrier and is specifically recommended for BOPET films to enhance the shelf life of food products. Ideal for packaging dry foods such as nuts, chips, and biscuits, this coating ensures high clarity and good printability. It can be applied offline using a conventional rotogravure cylinder and offers strong adhesion with both solvent-based and solvent-less adhesives.
