Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board invites tender

The printers thus selected through shall become eligible to participate in future tenders to be floated by the UTDB to undertake the above jobs, as and when required.

Agencies must submit applications on prescribed bid documents on or before 16 January in sealed envelope to:
CEO, Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board, Near ONGC Helipad, Nimbuwala, Garhi Cantt. Dehradun (Uttarakhand).

The bid documents can be collected from the board office on or before 14 January on payment of Rs 1000 and has to be submitted before the due date with an earnest money of Rs 5000.

Criteria for applying:

a) Printing agencies must have been in operation for a minimum period of 5 years in printing of brochures, maps, posters, folders, carry bags, coffee table books, calendars other collateral material.

b) The printer must have an annual turnover of Rs 50- lakh in each of the last three financial years. Thus the cumulative turnover of the agency in last three financial years should be Rs 1.50-crore.

c) It should be registered with the Directorate of Industries or Small Scale Industries and with the Excise Department for undertaking assignments which are under the excise category, that is,  fabrication jobs like carry bags, file folders, buntings, danglers.

e) The printer should either have an office or have consent to have local presence in Dehradun. It should also have in-house, state of art facilities for offset and colour printing, drum scanning, and other auxiliary facilities.

The bid documents can also be downloaded from www.uk.gov.in, in which case the document fee in form of demand draft as above is to be enclosed with the bid.
