Datta said, “The heart of the system is the solid state electronic power supply, which utilises all the three phases of power resulting in a balanced load. The new electronics in the system makes it compatible with HUV, EUV, LED UV and any new technologies, which are under development.”
The company has recently installed Ultra Cure systems at Bengaluru-based Mytek Process on its Heidelberg CD102 press; three interdeck and three end-of-the-press systems. Another system is being installed on ITC, Haridwar’s Mitsubishi Diamond 3000 press.
Similar systems are installed at Greater Noida-based HBD Packaging; Mumbai-based Ajanta Packaging, Shree Arun Packaging Company and Jasmine Art Printers; and Delhi-based Maurya Printers.
“UV Graphic Technologies specialises in installing UV systems without making alterations to the existing machine; no holes or modifications are made to the frames of the machine and all wiring is optically or electrically isolated to avoid any interference with electrical system of the press,” concluded Datta.
