Delhi-based Vee Kay Industries has recently invested in a Rhyguan Smart 450. It is the company’s second such machine in a span of a few months. The machine was supplied and installed by Flexo Image Graphics (FIG).
Vee Kay Industries installed the first Rhyguan Smart 450 with Luster 100% camera a few months back. Vidur Aggarwal of Vee Kay said, “The Rhyguan Smart 450 finishing system is perfect for high-speed and high precision finishing. It’s an ideal finishing and inspection machine to make every label we produce smart and defect-free.”
He added, “Since we received an unprecedented demand for high-volume jobs from quality-conscious liquor companies, we needed one more Rhyguan machine to manage it. So, we have added just another Rhyguan Smart 450 with Luster 100% camera for managing productivity and quality in finishing and inspection of alco-bev labels, maintaining the quality standards and regulatory requirements.”
A specialist in printing and production of pressure-sensitive sticker labels, shrink sleeves, and many such products, Vee Kay works for big liquor brands. The company maintains print quality and productivity using a fleet of high-end presses like Mark Andy, accompanied by the Rhyguan kit.
Founded in 1988 by Yogesh Aggarwal, Vee Kay was called Printpack then. Now, the company, in a new avatar with a new name, is growing exponentially in terms of business and machine portfolio. In the business, Yogesh has been joined by his son Vidur Aggarwal. “Proud to be the next-gen in the business, we are looking forward and moving ahead for expanding on all fronts,” tells Aggarwal said.
Having been active in the liquor sector for years, Vee Kay has roped in a handful of big brands in the sector such as Royal Stag, Imperial Blue, Blenders Pride, 100 Pipers, etc. “In addition, we have some important clients in the cosmetics and personal care sectors,” Aggarwal said.
