Vee Kay standardises quality with Rhyguan and Luster
A one-stop printing solution provider, which specialises in pressure-sensitive sticker labels, shrink sleeves and others, Delhi-based Vee Kay Industries has standardizes quality in printing and production processes using a fleet of Mark Andy, Bobst M4 and Bobst Master M5 flexo presses accompanied by a Rhyguan Smart 450 slitter-rewinder and Luster inspection systems.

The company acquired these two machines from Flexo Image Graphics (FIG).
“Our establishment dates back to 1988 when we used to run a single-colour offset press to print corrugated boxes and sticker labels under the name, Printpack. When we noticed an increasing demand for self-adhesive labels in 2005, we purchased a pre-owned Mark Andy 4200, a six-colour UV press with one IR unit, directly from the manufacturer, but it was supplied and installed by FIG,” Yogesh Aggarwal, proprietor of Vee Kay Industries, said.
FIG is an exclusive sales and service partner of various leading international brands, viz, Mark Andy, Rotoflex, Tools & Production (T&P), and Rhyguan in India. “With our longstanding trust in their products and service, we went to FIG for the cost-effective and user-friendly Rhyguan Smart 450 slitter-rewinder with offline Luster inspection system and an online Luster inspection system now equipped with Bobst Master M5 flexo presses at our facility,” Aggarwal said.
Working predominantly for clients in the liquor sector, Vee Kay Industries has so far roped in big names like Pernod Ricard known for its popular brands like Royal Stag, Imperial Blue, Blenders Pride and 100 Pipers. Mohan Meakin Group is yet another big name in Vee Kay Industries’ current client list. “We are capable of supplying quality alco-bev labels to these quality-conscious companies,” Aggarwal said.
He added, “When we work with these big liquor brands for their alco-bev labels, we strictly maintain their quality standards and regulatory requirements. We could pull it off all well because of the machines and technologies we own. Right from the Mark Andy and Bobst flexo presses up to Rhyguan slitter-rewinder and Luster systems, we are blessed to have all these advanced and efficient machines from FIG to meet our clients’ ultimate demand and desire,” said Aggarwal.
In addition to liquor, cosmetics and personal care is another sector where Vee Kay Industries boasts a strong client base. In this, Mr Aggarwal says some renowned brands like Vestige have been our major clients. “We produce and supply durable printed labels for their products, enhancing their branding and product identification,” he added.
Custom printed labels and sleeves produced using diverse materials, adhesives, and finishes are what Vee Kay Industries provides their clients for product packaging.
Aggarwal said the company’s ultimate mission is to satisfy its customers by providing high-quality labelling solutions that enhance its brand identity and product appeal. For that, he said the company aims at upgrading its production facility further with the needed machines and equipment.
