Manoj Wadhwa, owner of Vintage said: “We opted for CTP to ease the makeready time as every customer wants his jobs at the earliest. I also surveyed the market before deciding on TechNova.”

Vintage has in-house Heidelberg printing presses, including five colour SM72 with a size of 28x30 inches and MOV Heidelberg with a size of 19x26inches to produce around 75,000 printed sheets per day.

To finish the jobs, the printing facility also has a Polar cutting machine, single and loop stitching machines, lamination machines and creasing machines too.

The complete setup operates from a 48,000 sq/ft covered site. The Rs 3-crore Vintage’s print house runs round-the-clock to serve its 60 clients.

Plates are supplied by TechNova to feed the CTP.
