The printing press can print up to a sheet size of 28x40 inches.
Anuj Dayal, CEO, Vision Pack, said, “Being a packaging printer, we wanted to invest in a six-colour UV online coating printing press and Manroland’s technology satisfied us for the same. High and quality productivity, faster make-ready, double diameter and mark-free transfers were the main reasons to choose the machine.”
Vision Pack is a packaging printing facility of Sai Print & Pack, a 13 year-old printing company which was starred in 1999. After ten years of establishment, in March 2009, the company moved in to a 70,000 sq/ft at Dudhola, Faridabad and commissioned multiple printing presses and in-house finishing equipment from Germany, Switzerland and China.
“The growing demand for highly finished packaged products in the FMCG and pharma sectors indicates good opportunities for a packaging printing and we have plans to invest on the regular basis into our operations in the near future. This will enable us to produce high quality products and deliver on time,” added Dayal.
The packaging printing company caters to packaging clients offering high quality folding cartons with special finishing effects. The product range was expanded to include small lightweight solid fibre folding cartons, large decorative cases, multi-colour printed litho-laminated corrugated cartons and point of sale displays.
