Vyoman in India, on the growth path

Mumbai-based Vyoman Consulting has been working very quietly behind the scene, and had enabled international players to establish their footprints in the Indian market. Since its inception in 2011, the firm has worked with German companies like Chromasens, Krug & Priester, Ernst Rehfuss for setting up their distribution network in India.

Speaking exclusively to PrintWeek India, Manish Kulkarni, CEO, Vyoman, said, “With a diverse geography and market, India entitles to be a big market. Accessing this market and strategising entry into the Indian market is the key for establishing a successful business for the foreign companies. The consulting firm has set up a distribution network for UK-based i-Teba SP for their MIS product SolPrint in India. “We are currently working with them for a similar project in the Gulf countries,” added Kulkarni.

According to Kulkarni, the company also deals into joint venture strategy, identification of JV partner, it's due diligence and JV set-up. One such project is: the Talking CV (online interviewing solution).

Vyoman Consulting is a strategic management consulting company. It claims to offer 360 degree complete end-to-end assessment, planning and execution of India market entry strategy to foreign companies planning to commence business in India.

The strategy provider furnishes a gamut of services including market research and feasibility study, advising India entry strategy and business strategy for Indian market and business set up in any legal form. “We also offer our expertise to set up distribution network, finding strategic partners, joint ventures and merger-acquisitions,” stated Kulkarni.

Sharing the company’s approach, Kulkarni said, “Strategy is devised after studying company’s product, industry and market potential and customizing the product, if required, to suit the offered market.”

Besides India, the company also works in China, South East Asian and the Gulf countries.
