Webinar on paper opportunities on 24 July
With the government imposing a ban on single-use plastic from 1 July, paper has emerged as a viable alternative to plastic. To know more about the developments that are happening in the paper industry in this area, the Federation of Paper Traders’ Associations of India (FPTA) has organised a webinar on 24 July.

The webinar will focus on opportunities for paper, paperboards, and moulded fibre products
According to FPTA, the government guidelines will throw up a lot of opportunities for paper and most of the paper mills are working to fill the vacuum that will be created on account of the ban.
The webinar, titled opportunities for paper, paperboards, and moulded fibre products, will be addressed by three stalwarts from the industry — Ashok Kumar, executive director, Pudamjee Paper Products; PN Sridharr, DGM, sustainable products and packaging, ITC and Ved Krishna, strategy head, Yash Pakka.
The webinar will be held between 11 am and 12.15 pm. Registration is mandatory, which can be done here.
