Xerox acquires Digitex Canada
Xerox has strengthened its presence in North America with the acquisition of Digitex Canada, an independent services, software and technology provider in Western Canada.

Mike Feldman, president of Americas operations, Xerox, said, “With Digitex Canada's geographical presence, strong SMB customer base, and technology and services expertise, we are well placed to bring our growing portfolio of workplace technology solutions to new customers seeking a modern work experience."
The acquisition help Xerox icater to North America’s small and midsize business market (SMB). However, the terms of the transaction are undisclosed as of now.

Digitex offers a wider range of technology solutions for industry segments such as healthcare, engineering, real estate, and retail, among others.
The company has its presence in Canada in cities such as Red Deer, Edmonton, Calgary, Fort McMurray, Lethbridge and Medicine Hat, Alberta, Saskatoon and Regina, Saskatchewan and Winnipeg, Manitoba. It recently acquired TOPS Imaging, which is based in Kelowna and Kamloops, British Columbia in December 2019.
