There may be changes to the layout of one of Drupa 2024's new digital halls, as Xerox has decided not to exhibit at the event.

The hall plan for the show was recently released on their website, detailing the sizes and locations of stands for various manufacturers and suppliers. UK’s Printweek.com reported that Xerox was originally included in the plan with a significant presence in Hall 8b. Still, their allocated space is now greyed out, and their name cannot be found on the exhibitor list.
At the previous show, Xerox had a booth space of approximately 2,000sqm.
A spokesperson from the company informed our colleagues in UK that despite their commitment to investing in their production print clients, partners, and prospects, they have decided not to participate in Drupa 2024. “Xerox expressed gratitude to the conference organisers for their support and contribution to bringing the print industry together. While print remains an important aspect of their business, they will continue to support their network through thought leadership, Xerox-led global events, new product innovations, and client-centric trainings and demos.”
Fujifilm, previously located next to Xerox at the last show, is now situated at the base of hall 8b and has acquired additional space to accommodate its expanded portfolio since the last event.
During the last in-person Drupa event in 2016, Xerox had a notable presence in hall 8b. The company unveiled their Brenva HD model for sheetfed inkjet printing and showcased their web-fed Trivor 2400 inkjet press.
The upcoming Drupa event will be held at Messe Düsseldorf from 28 May to 7 June 2024.
HP and Koenig & Bauer have booked the largest stand areas. While the total number of exhibitors has not been disclosed by Drupa, the exhibitor section lists 1,149 companies.
