Xerox on a Versant install spree
The Indian photo printing market is said to be a Rs 4,500-crore industry, and in the recent years, Xerox, who is pushing its Versant series of printers, seems to be doing rather well. As we race towards the end of 2015, Xerox has some more installations of the Versant 2100 and 80, predominantly in photo labs.

Bengaluru-based Prince Colour Lab has installed a Versant 2100. In the Karnataka state again, in Bidar, City Colour Lab has installed a Versant 80.
There are two more installations of Versant 80 in Tamil Nadu. One is at Photo King in Chennai and another at Photo Express in Thiruvannamalai.
According to a report published in PrintWeek India, in January 2015, since its launch in September 2014, the Xerox Versant 2100 already had 11 installations. Some of these early customers include Saurabh Printers in New Delhi, Padma Printers and Acme Graphics in Mumbai, Padmasri Digital in Bengaluru, Indu Printers in Kochi, Venkatramana Graphics in Hyderabad and Sood Laminate in Chandigarh.
