Type of Jobs on the Kongsberg, thus far: Kongsberg IXE10 is very handful in providing samples to clients like cartons, labels, POPs, etc within almost no time. Besides, we are running this machine for production as well, for about 12 hours a day. Jobs like kiss cut, full cut, creasing etc are quite easily designed on it.

 

Plans for next year:  We have invested about USD 5-million this year for the expansion and for increasing our capacity of mono cartons and rigid boxes. With the increase in capacity, we are targeting to increase our share of business in mono cartons, rigid boxes and labels category in the future, in all industry segments.

 

A line about Kongsberg:  A good sound machine serving the dual purpose of both sample making and production with utmost perfection.

Describe why it’s the best: The Fresnel lenses on top of the carton make the product look extremely beautiful. Besides, lenses complement the artwork of the pack.  Highly opaque white printing on a met-pet carton along with a fifth panel adds richness to the carton.
