Lupin bags five Indiastar honours

Pharma major Lupin received five Indiastar awards under the category 'Excellence in packaging, innovative design and development’ for its derma products – Novegrow, Lupiaqua cream, Novilite cream, Noviglo face wash and Novishine shampoo.

Rajeev Sibal, president – India region formulations, Lupin, said, “Packaging is a key focus area for us and winning these awards are a great honour as it demonstrates our level of commitment to excellence and design while keeping in mind quality, safety and compliance requirements.”

The awards were conferred by the Indian Institute of Packaging. Indiastar Awards is a national honour for excellence in packaging which comprised a jury of eminent personalities from institutions, government bodies, and industry experts who selected the winners from a total of 305 entries. 

The awards are recognised and endorsed by the Asian Packaging Federation and the World Packaging Organisation. The Indiastar award winners further get a chance to compete for Asiastar and Worldstar honours.
